The cold crab appetizer was amazing. I actually was a little surprised of how small of a wine selection there was. Pair with Frei Brothers Merlot. My scallops were delicious, husbands steak was perfect, crab legs were superb and my brothers steak was tough. It's better than any other option in the casino, but there were several misses in my opinion. I ordered the 8 oz filet medium rare which I added a lobster tail to mine and my boyfriend ordered the 16 oz ribeye medium rare as we shared a side of the Cabernet mushrooms.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} Once we sat down we opened the drink list. Hearts of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, buttermilk ranch dressing shaken table side. Ask your server about our full dessert menu. Shrimp cocktail as decent. Pair with Jacob's Creek Shiraz. I will return as often as possible. One comes out well done, crunchy and tougher than leather; the other comes out still raw and literally uncooked and purple. They did end up taking our steaks off our bill but we did not eat them so I would hope that would be the case. Excuse me?! Had 8 pm reservation and we weren't seated until Every excuse was made for the delay. We got sat near the door, even after making a reservation 3 weeks early. We order steaks - one medium, one medium rare. She helped us pick a bottle of wine. Lump crab cocktail was not lump crab; shredded, stringy crab just was not the quality I was expecting. They were smart enough to see we wouldn't eat it and didn't charge us for the casserole. King crab and filet were extraordinary. Sothary apologized and explained she accidentally rang in 6 shrimps. Not only was the food delicious but our server Jennifer was fabulous. All cuts served with your choice of creamy mashed potatoes or baked potato. We split the wedge salad. Dinner was very good. The trainee approached us and we told her the issue. At Jack Binion's Steak, we are committed to using the highest quality beef available. The bartender - mark and server Christian are terrific. Pair with Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio. I noticed she was training a new hire and was also busy with a very large party next to us. When we received our appetizer we noticed 6 shrimps on the plate. She got the issue fixed immediately. It was sent back and returned cold. Wine selection was excellent. Hostesses were unprofessional. Our server, Christi, is very friendly, advised us on an excellent choice of wine, and visited our table to check to see if everything was good. Overall a decent salad, nothing special. Absolutely horrendous experience! Service was on top. Service was mediocre at best, specialty drinks were awful, you can get a better steak at Texas Roadhouse. Jack Binion's Premium Reserve beef is our own brand, handcut and hand-selected. She greeted us with a warm smile. Available in 18 oz. Fresh peaches that have been baked in our cobbler batter, made fresh to order. The table side salads were a nice treat to see the preparation made and the dinner entrees were prepared perfectly. Our Waiter made the dinner great- he was by far one of the best customer service we had at our stay the weekend. Lobster mac casserole was dry like day old pasta. Didn't care for that extra noise. Baby spinach, warm bacon vinaigrette, applewood smoked bacon, fresh strawberries, shaved red onions, crumbled gorgonzola cheese. I then asked if valet get validated when guest dine at the restaurant. Crisp iceberg, grape tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, hard-boiled eggs. The manager on duty walked up to greet us and take us to our table. Martini Cabernet Sauvignon. I told her not to worry about it. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Mesculin, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, shaved red onions. Twin filet medallions prepared table side with mushrooms, brandy, mustard cream demi-sauce. Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, shaved red onions, Maytag Blue cheese crumbles, basil, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic reduction. Ribeye was beautiful and well-cooked, but poorly seasoned for the price. From the wonderful service to the exceptional salads, steaks and desserts. The martini salad was amazing. Four lamb chops, cabernet demi-glace, cranberry mint jelly, whipped potatoes. Pair with Louis M. I eat at Binion's regularly when I visit Louisville. The service is timely and on point. Pepper glaze, baby bok choy, cipollini onion, Grand Marnier soy sauce. Grape tomatoes, broccoli, Granny Smith apples, crostinis, beer, white Cheddar sauce. Two Joyce Farms free-range chicken breasts, Dijon tarragon-encrusted, haricot vert, apple cider jus. Flown in fresh from Japan, this Kobe-style beef is of the highest quality available. Great place for special occasion dinners or any occasion. Pair with Chateau Ste. Dinner was good, but not comparable to same priced restaurants in Louisville and Nashville.
